Nice to meet you! Mostly recently I was so honored to have been nominated in the first Boston class of HAVAS Lofts, a global initiative in which 22 HAVAS employees globally participate in a learning experience and are hosted by a partner agency in the HAVAS family and immersed in that agency's culture and operations. I was placed in Paris at our headquarters, working specifically in the HAVAS Sports & Entertainment division.

Serve as lead Executive Producer on innovative experiential marketing and promotional efforts such as high-profile live events, PR stunts, media and corporate parties, National sampling programs and mobile tours, trade shows, sponsorship activation, partnership negotiations, music and sports entertainment, pop-up retail, concerts, trade & consumer hospitality, social networking, content creation and interactive concepts that support and develop our clients brand campaigns.

  • Manage project across all levels of creative development (strategy & ideation) and production (design and activation) including overseeing budgets ($1MM - $5MM), team scope, deliverables, schedules, staffing, hours, and any additional needs across all channels.

  • Responsible for sourcing and evaluating quality vendors, managing both internal and external production partners, negotiate triple bids, contract appropriate vendors and continue to manage them throughout the entire campaign process including on-site activation and ROI calculation

  • Effectively execute the production of multiple projects at the highest quality standard within the budget parameters, brand standards, and production timetable

  • Conducts site visits and oversee production on all aspects of load-in, and strike, as well as throughout duration of event being live

  • Ensure legal protocol is followed and all licenses, insurance, city/venue permits, etc. are secured properly

  • Work with Associate Producer to develop training manual to provide all staff with client branded messaging, event information, product information, contact information, etc.
